Group ‘Bigbang’ and YG Entertainment continue their relationship.

YG Entertainment announced on March 11 that they made 3rd contract with Bigbang members(G-DRAGON, Tae yang, T.O.P and Dae Sung).

Bigbang and YG Entertainment’s re-signing is the third time since 2011 and 2015 and it allows Bigbang to draw long-term activity plans.

Bigbang, who debuted in 2006, is one of the representative teams of K-pop group.

As YG Entertainment suffered a bump last year, some predicted that Bigbang members would leave the company.

But Bigbang members are said to have valued YG Entertainment and loyalty that unearthed them.

YG Entertainment reportedly promised to treat them as company’s signboards.

It is not uncommon for the entire group to spend more than 20 years with an agency that has been in a relationship since the days of the trainee before their debut.

YG Entertainment said, “Bigbang is a group that has changed the flow of K-pop culture beyond the music industry. Bigbang will get full support from us to continue to write K-pop history in the world as our representative artist.”
