I kept seeing this lip crayon listed as a dupe for Charlotte Tilbury’s cult classic lipstick, Pillow Talk. I’ve never had that lip color and can’t speak to the dupe claims, but what finally got me to purchase was seeing it on a list of best staying lipsticks to wear under a mask. I’m honestly so pleasantly surprised because this is a precision crayon that has GREAT pigment, it’s very comfortable on and applies smoothly, and the it sets almost instantly. I got no transfer whatsoever, but it didn’t feel drying. How did they do that?! I’m in love.

This is the second Maybelline SuperStay Ink Crayon I’ve purchased, in a different color from the first. And I still have a lot of the first left. I love applying this lipstick; it goes on accurately and smoothly – if feels great on my lips! I have not used the sharpener at all because for me the rounded edges of the lipstick make for a better application. The only thing that I would change, particularly because it is advertised, is that it would be longer wearing. I wouldn’t claim this to be that kind of lipstick. Maybe I will apply three coats and see if that helps. Regardless, I will continue to buy this as long as it stays as is or they actually make it longer wearing. Bottom line – I love this lipstick. I should probably stock up in case Maybelline decides to discontinue the product. Dear Maybelline – please don’t!!

I usually don’t buy this brand. But I like it! It feels better then any other long lasting lipstick. I need moisture as well. Doesn’t last as long as it says but for me it’s perfect just touch up on the inner lips after eating etc… I bought several..just wish the colors looked more accurate then they are..I bought the lighted one first And it was way more pink then it appeared. Lead the way looked more like mauve but that’s the one I like the best so far..not as dark as it appears.
