Shipping policy

Shipping General All orders from Koinshop are shipped from South Korea. Every order is typically processed and shipped out within 72 hours of purchase. In the event of an unforeseen shipping delay, we will notify the customer within 72 hours.

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, we will send an email containing your order details and shipment tracking number.

Order Value Limit To prevent potential customs-related delays, Koinshop limits order totals to $300 USD or less (excluding shipping costs). For orders exceeding $300, we recommend placing separate orders.

Partial Orders If one or more items in your order are out-of-stock, we will contact you to ask if you would prefer to: 1) Cancel the entire order, or 2) Cancel only the out-of-stock item(s) and have the remainder shipped as scheduled. If we do not receive a response within 3 days, we will automatically cancel the out-of-stock item(s) and proceed with shipping the remaining items.

Delivery Issues & Refunds

Refunds: The refund process will not commence until Koinshop has received official confirmation from the courier.

Proof of Evidence: Customers must provide clear photographic evidence for any issues reported with their order.

Unclaimed Returns: If an order is returned to Koinshop because it was unclaimed, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Koinshop is not responsible for unclaimed orders.

Customs & Taxes Customers are fully responsible for all customs-related issues, including Customs Taxes, Import Taxes, VAT, and any other associated fees (service, administration, warehousing, etc.). As customs regulations vary by country, please contact your local customs office for detailed information to avoid potential problems.

Hazardous Goods Policies regarding hazardous goods vary by country. Koinshop is not responsible for confirming the importability of items; customers are responsible for checking with their local customs authority to ensure that the products they are purchasing are permitted for import.

Customs Refusal We are not responsible for packages refused by customs for any reason, including refusal to pay taxes or the importation of banned items. If a refused package is returned to Koinshop, we are not responsible for reshipment. However, we will notify you upon receipt of the returned package; if you choose to cover the additional shipping costs, we can reship the order. Koinshop will not issue refunds or replacements for any customs-related issues.
