Returns for Unwanted Items

If you change your mind, you may request a return within 15 days of receiving your package. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it. Returns will not be accepted for products that have been opened or used.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Refund Method: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund in the form of a Koinshop store credit (coupon) equivalent to the original purchase amount.
