After cleansing, you apply 3-7 thin layers of the milky Toner to your skin. Give 5-8 seconds in-between each layer. This is perfect for those with sensitive skin and using strong actives such as Tretinoin, Vitamin C, AHA/BHA, etc. You can use the sandwich method (a layer of the milky toner, a layer of the active followed by another layer of the milky toner.I am very pleased with the product, price, the large amount of product you receive and they have a package deal including a travel size and it just feels good.You can even apply it all over your body under moisturizer to seal in all of the goodness.Purchase the milky toner if you are looking for one. This is my favorite hydrating toner. It has a light scent, absorbs well, and feels great on the skin. You get a generous amount for the price and it goes on sale with some frequency. I pour some into my hand and pat it into my skin. You can do multiple layers but one layer feels plenty hydrating! Have repurchased multiple times.
I have been using this toner for a month now and I saw visible results in just 2 weeks. My skin is softer, more moisturized and smoother. I have dry mature skin, it usually looks dull and dehydrated. I use this in the morning, let is absorb for a few minutes and apply my moisturizer and makeup. At night, I clean my face, apply this toner and my moisturizer again. This is the closest I got to Korean glass skin. I have tried many expensive toners like Leneige, a rice toner, etc. They were all runny, and didn’t do anything.This toner is milky, not too watery, a little thicker consistency and glides and absorbs well into my skin. And the bottle is big, will last a while.Definitely my HG toner from now on.

I love a good hydrating toner, and this one did not disappoint. It is milky and fairly thick,And it layers nicely over my Round Lab Dodku toner. It makes my skin feel supple and nourished. This also works great under makeup: no pilling or clumping. It can provide a nice base hydration before serums/moisturizer/spf.The scent is also quite light. I am someone sensitive to fragrances skincare, and this causes me no issues- I actually like it a lot.The amount you get for the price is also a big plus! The only reason I am not giving five stars is because there are other milky timers I like a little more than this one (especially Tirtir Milk Skin and I’m From Rice Toner). But this is a great value and good, solid product. Highly recommend.
