Thoroughly soak the cotton pad with toner and place it on dry and redness-prone areas, like cheeks and forehead, and leave it for around 3 to 5 minutes.
* Don’t wait until the pad is completely dry on your face *
How to use
After cleansing, use your hands or apply to a cotton pad and sweep gently over face and neck, in the morning and evening
To soothe irritated skin, thoroughly soak the cotton pad with toner and leave it on your face as needed
